BTW, I might think a bout the small flat rate box. A buddy of mine works at the USPS... he tells stories about envelopes being completely trashed by the machines...with anything other than paper in them...

I looked through the linked chart with many, many modles listed (corresponding to specific cable glands) and could not get close to figuring out what might be needed for the WEPS application. If I could find somewhere locally that carries them... I would go there and look at them.. Unfortunately, I did not come up with a reseller locally.

They are a snug, waterproof fit and stretch quite a bit.
Nice and tight over the cable, then stretch over the cable gland like a glove.

Any industrial type electrical supplier would have them.
We used them in mining switchboards entry points at the top.

The material used would depend on the environment they will be exposed to.
Not sure how they would wear on a WEPS arm.

If we can find the correct size.

Any of this type of boot looks like it would be a bit of a pain to install. Stretching the hole to get it over the ball... looks like it would be quite a challenge. Perhaps they make a tool to do this.
