Re: Ceramic Paddles
I previously submitted a post stating my order numbers and the fact I have not received any ceramic paddles at that time. It's been over 3 weeks of more frustrating waiting and I have yet to receive any of the paddles I ordered. I'm close to being done with WE...

Re: Ceramic Paddles
Clay,
I have three separate orders for 1200/1600 ceramic stones (order #s 861642, 883557, and 926509). Respectivley, the orders were placed on December 31, 2011, January 25, 2012, and March 15, 2012. I have not received any ceramic stones at this time and, quite honestly, feel that it speaks poorly that WE would fulfill orders placed as recently as April 28, 2012 prior to fulfilling those of the long-time frustated parties here.

Re: Ceramic Paddles
Thanks Clay. That's exactly the type of intel I was looking for. Knowing that, I'm now more understanding. Communication is key.

Re: Ceramic Paddles
Clay,
Thank you for your understanding and your willingness to communicate better. The majority of the outbursts here could likely have been avoided by better communication. In an effort to avoid further outbursts and dissastisfied customers, can you please state the current status of the situation here, along with youir anticipated resolution?

Re: Ceramic Paddles
OK; however, a little communication goes a long way... 2 weeks with no update is borderline unacceptable in any camp.

Help repairing a chipped edge
I got a little overly confident with my Takeda Funayuki and sliced through some chicken bones. Hopefully you can see the unfortunate results in the attached pic. I about died when I looked at the blade.
What's the best way to fix a problem like this with the Wicked Edge?
Thanks.

What's the best way to store y ...
I'm looking for advice on storing the Wicked Edge system. I'd like something to keep the kit in, ,along with organization for the accessory stones and compounds, that I could quickly deploy. I'd also like to keep the sharpener mounted to the base, so I wouldn't have to take the time to screw it on every time I went to use it. Have any of you found something that works well? I was thinking about a big tackle box of sorts???
