I have to agree with the above posts. Wicked Edge's customer service is phenomenal. I called an spoke with Bob yesterday about a bent-vise issue. No only was he super friendly, but he actually sent me a replacement yesterday. I cannot say enough about the importance of customer service these days, especially with so many off-shore call centers.
