for a shade under 8 bucks, my local coin dealer sells these.

i mainly use them to check out karate rating on rings that i find, but found it great for checking edge angles while knife is clamped in vice jaws.

almost every single day i hunt in the sea for gold - u can see my adventures on YT - gravediggermax.

this little UltraOptix really works great. i also have one i got from mark at chefs knives - he calls it 30x pocket magnifier - keep that one in my truck. it is very nice for blade inspection afterwards also.

I think Ken was playing with you a bit! Carat is a unit of measure used to define the weight of diamonds
Karate is one of the marshal Arts ... hence the reference to Bruce Lee.
