Authors Comments:In matching the factory bevel, an even 19 degrees per side ends up 18 on the left arm and 20 on the right arm. Thus far the 19 degree edge has held up very well, as a 154CM should!

CRKT M16-13T 3.5" 0.110" AUS8 58-59 Asymmetrical grind (70/30), I used left 20, right 15 to get close and finished the profile that way 1k diamond -> 5um strop for finish and touchup Unique (see comment) B EDC

Protech Runt J4 2 inches 0.11 inches 154 CM ? Mfg angle of ~ 18 maintained ? Upper holes Butted to handle EDC
 
Authors Comments:Not a lot of blade here. Butted blade up against handle in vise. Tried to clamp with edge basically parallel and used upper holes. Factory bevels not quite equal on both sides, so started with 1000 and worked up thru ceramics in order.

Authors Comments:Had to go with top position to get clearance for 15 deg. A.75 got the bevel pretty even, just a little more on the belly and tip, but looks good. Stropped with both balsa and leather at 15 deg.

Authors Comments:Stone progression: diamond 1000; ceramic: 1.4, 1200, 1600. Superstone: 8k Naniwa. Ceramic 0.6. Leather strops /c 1 mic and 0.5 mic diamond paste. Tough steel. Not sure I'm settling on this.
