Authors Comments:
Had to go with top position to get clearance for 15 deg. A.75 got the bevel pretty even, just a little more on the belly and tip, but looks good. Stropped with both balsa and leather at 15 deg.

Authors Comments:
The 10K Chosera edge is not really functional (unless you want to cut single sheets of paper). But it looks great.

Authors Comments:
Blade has a "Carbonitride Titanium" coating, which the manufacturer claims makes it "10x harder". Anyway, my intent was to match the original bevel, but at 25 deg. I was still hitting near the shoulder, so decided to stop at 25. Blade came out sharp, but would probably benefit from a lower angle. 2/16/13 EDIT: I resharpened this knife, and when I set the bevel, it matched at 21 deg. I don't know why the difference from the previous 25 deg. but thought I'd document the difference.

Authors Comments:
I haven't tested the edge of this blade yet, will do some cutting and experimenting before fully commenting.
