Can the Wicked Edge Sharpen Fully Flat Ground Blades?

Yes. Clamping a fully flat ground blade is fairly easy. If the spine of the blade is especially thick and the taper dramatic, extra care must be taken to ensure that the knife is mounted vertically. I've recently learned a great new trick to help center the FFG blades - I am now placing a little double sided foam tape on the inside top of each vise jaw which really makes securing the blade very easy. The images below show how to use the tape to mount the knives. At Blade Show 2011 I used the foam tape many times to sharpen a lot of FFG blades, especially Spyderco Military blades. The video at the bottom of the page shows the technique for mounting the knife without the tape.
