Good day folks. A couple of years ago I agonized over a decision between the EP Pro and WEPS, the WEPS was not available immediately at the time so I took advantage of the small window of opportunity I had picked up the EP Professional. I stopped agonzing about it because I knew that in time I would own both systems anyway, my addiction to sharpening knives really leaves me no choice.

Anyway, I am just saying hello, I have not ordered the system yet, but will soon and I look forward to your guidance in the future as I learn the ropes.

Respectfully

Welcome aboard. You'll find friendly, helpful, knowledgable people here.
You'll like using the WEPS. I too started with the EP, but found it difficult
to keep many blade styles flat on the platform.

Welcome! Your going to have a blast with the WE when you get it!
The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result?
An old Irish toast, May the wind always be at your back, may you always have work and may you be in heaven a half hour before the devil knows your dead. Cheers!
